The Limfjord Company – Now a Part of the Vilsund Muslinge Industri

Vilsund Muslinge Industri bought the Limfjord Company in the end of March 2010. The reason behind the takeover was to ensure that Vilsund Musling Industri the raw materials as well as a wider product range without compromising the sustainable quality, which is the hallmark of our mussels.

The Limfjord Company will continue as a brand but as a part of a bigger family. This means that there will be a synergy in the form of a larger scale of production and therefore a better usage of our state of the art equipment. Furthermore will the merger mean that both brands now will be capable of offering a wider range of products.
